Shipping within the United States

Orders with pre-order puzzles ship when the pre-order has arrived. If you don't want to wait for an in stock order, place an order for it separate from the pre-order puzzles.

We keep our shipping options simple, you can have puzzles shipped to you for a flat $9 shipping fee, if you get over $55 we ship the package free. We use a variety of couriers, but primarily the USPS and UPS.

Our packages are handled by service staff in-house. We ship Monday through Friday, and generally we ship the next business day, though in peak times, this could change.

Ship times are usually within 10 business days to US address, and most are delivered within 2-3 days. Below is the UPS and USPS transit time map for our location in Kentucky.

Shipping Internationally

Unfortunately, shipping is very expensive outside the United States, we have some favorable rates, and we try to pass on the best shipping option for our international customers. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Ship times vary by country but generally should be less than 4 weeks. You are responsible for any import duties or taxes that are applicable to your country.
